Provision an EBS Volume with Provisioned IOPS on AWS
In this lab you'll practice reviewing IO performance on EBS volumes. When you're finished with this lab, you'll have deployed an EBS volume with a dedicated IOPS quota and have learned a tool to help you evaluate IO performance.

Get Baseline EBS Performance
Run a benchmark on the provided EC2 host to get the max IOPS and throughput for a general purpose SSD.
Create a Provisioned IOPS SSD
Create a new EBS volume in AWS with provisioned IOPS, and attach it to the EC2 host.
Set up the New EBS Volume
Configure the new IOPS provisioned EBS volume by creating a file system, and mounting it for local use.
Get Provisioned IOPS EBS Performance
Run a benchmark on the provided EC2 host to get the max IOPS and throughput for provisioned IOPS SSD.
