Pluralsight LIVE 2021 is all about becoming stronger together. After all, teams that get stronger together deliver better products and build better organizations. And after only the first week of this 3-week virtual series, we absolutely feel stronger! Here’s what’s happened so far.

Pluralsight LIVE keynotes
Pluralsight co-founder and CEO, Aaron Skonnard, kicked things off by driving home how being a tech leader today is as much about solving the people and processes challenges as it is about solving technical challenges. With the Great Resignation, the increasing prevalence of remote work and many more unforeseen forces affecting organizations everywhere, the time to solve those people and process problems is now.
Following Aaron were Gary Feierabend, Head of Engineering Transformation at Manulife; Allison Horn, Global Head of Talent at Accenture; Sam Kroonenburg, co-founder of A Cloud Guru; Sejal Amin, Chief Product & Technology Officer at Khoros; Anil Dash, CEO of Glitch; and James Clear, author of international bestselling book, Atomic Habits. If you missed any of these keynotes, no worries! You can catch them on-demand.

“It can seem strange that a tech company needs to build tech literacy. When you take a step back, you realize people are highly specialized, but we need them to build their fluency across different technologies. So you need to balance breadth and depth, because you need both.”
- Allison Horn, Global Head of Talent at Accenture
Product launches
It wouldn’t be LIVE without the announcement of new product launches and enhancements aimed at empowering you and your teams to become stronger together. This year, we announced upgrades to both our Flow and Skills products:
Hands-on learning expansions: With new cybersecurity and IT Ops labs, we’re now the only platform that offers labs for every major technology domain.
Certification Prep Center: A single destination to manage your entire certification prep journey—from discovery and learning through practice and scheduling.
Live classes: Sign up for virtual, instructor-led training classes on today's in-demand tech topics, right within our platform.
Flow enhancements: We’re continuously improving Flow to make it easier to get the data-driven insights leaders need, including upgrades to Code Fundamentals and Work Log to better support your team’s needs and predictably deliver software.

Best in Tech Awards
Since LIVE is all about celebrating innovation and creative problem-solving, this year we kicked off our inaugural Best in Tech Awards. These awards honor the best—those who deliver transformative technologies and build world-class teams. Check out their stories and more about what makes them the best on our Best in Tech page.

All of that’s just the first part of a three-week series! Stay tuned for more recaps, and if you haven’t already, register for weeks two and three to continue becoming stronger with us.
